1. Introduction & Scope
By accessing rockyfordbnb.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These terms govern your use of our website and online appointment scheduling.
They also apply to physical automotive repair services performed at our shop.
2. Appointments, Diagnostics, & Estimates
Booking online does not guarantee immediate parts availability or same-day service.
All vehicles left for diagnostic inspections are subject to a standard diagnostic fee.
No major repair work will begin without your explicit authorization on an estimate.
Authorized estimates are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
3. Payment Terms & Mechanic's Liens
Payment in full is due immediately upon completion of all authorized services.
We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
Vehicles will not be released until the total balance is paid.
We retain a legal mechanic's lien on all vehicles for unpaid repair balances.
4. Vehicle Storage & Left Property
Vehicles left over 48 hours post-repair completion face daily storage fees.
We are not liable for loss or damage to vehicles due to fire or theft.
Customers must remove all personal items before leaving their vehicle.
We are not responsible for any personal property left inside vehicles.
5. Part Warranties & Customer-Supplied Parts
We provide a specific warranty on our shop-supplied parts and labor.
We do not warranty or install customer-supplied parts due to safety risks.
Any third-party component defects must be handled directly with the part manufacturer.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential vehicle damages.
Website errors, downtime, or scheduling glitches do not create shop liability.
